Director Profile - Catrin Evans-Williams, HND (Legal Studies) Born and raised in the village of Penygroes, my husband (a local business owner) and I returned eight years ago to raise our four beautiful children. I also joined the family lettings business. Previous to this, for seven years, I served as a Military Policewoman in Her Majesties Forces. For 200 years, the Evans family has lived in Penygroes, and for over 100 years, generations of my family have been landords. The one exception was my Grandfather, who ran a successful butcher’s shop on Bridge Street, Penygroes. A well as raising four children, I studied hard to gain a HND in Legal Studies. I am also currently studying a Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management (ARLA). Only one member of the ARLA exists in West Wales. My aim is to become the second. With my experience as a landlady, matriarch, and the knowledge I have gained through continuous study, I am able to use my expertise to provide a specialised knowledge within residential property letting, providing my clients with the reassurance and service they seek.
